Renovating will always have times of stress but the staff at Rods kitchens response and attention to detail meant that these times were few and far between
The experience of the staff is just so reassuring - you know you are working alongside a family owned business because of the service you get from everyone
We are so happy with the finished product - it is exactly what we envisioned and any doubts along the way as it came together were put to ease by reminding us to wait for the end product - we couldn’t be happier with this end product
We had one minor fault with a draw which was addressed and resolved quickly proving they do stand by the quality of their product

It wasn't easy putting a new kitchen in 48 year old house, but Rod's Kitchens pulled it off well. Considering our concerns, they offered us other trades if required. The flow of work from Rod's was on point, and the trades men involved assisting were all gentlemen. Communication was open and honest, never at any point did my wife feel pressured through the entire process. I've just completed my second Rod's kitchen with stylite cabinetry and stone benchtop again.
The best features of this business is the staff's experience in the designing, construction and fitting, and the quality of materials used. So make sure you get Steve to help design and measure because he thought of some genius design/construction features and has 30 years experience. Roger the carpenter/fitter has 20 years experience and was perfect again. They are the 2 most important jobs imo, that make a kitchen perfect.
The quoting is good because I could use my own plumber and sparky.
Although they have a good priced sparky and plasterer, a couple of their other tradies weren't perfect. I like their ability to make cupboards and drawers  to any size rather than having size intervals. Their precision is awesome.
There were a couple of problems along the way but they got resolved to my satisfaction and I doubt there's a better kitchen company than Rod's. They have excellent support staff whom respond to phone/email quickly.  Overall their cabinetry and pricing is 10 out of 10, but a couple of their outsourced tradies let them down a bit. Team at Rod's was fantastic from start to finish.  Compared to others we tried to work with, we found Rod's to be the right fit for us.  They were very patient with us as we refined our design.  Provided very helpful guidance, guidance nearly 12 months on that we were lucky to have and resulted in a space we love and use constantly.
Comms were excellent.  Zero surprises.  Everything was followed up.
