We begin each project with a kitchen design consultation. Our design team will discuss your needs, how you use your kitchen, and we’ll put together a FREE design and quote.
When you’re happy with the design, we accept a 10% deposit and make a selections appointment. At our showroom, you can choose fittings, finishes, appliances and every other detail.
Our team visits your site to complete a check measure. We take detailed measurements of your space to ensure your new kitchen fits perfectly once it has been produced and installed.
Rod’s Kitchens is equipped to produce your custom kitchen design. If you choose to work with us, we’ll build your bespoke kitchen, cabinetry and benchtops from quality, local materials.

Yes! Rod’s Kitchens provides an end-to-end service. We can design, produce and install your new kitchen. While we’re happy to provide the design and let you handle the installation, we can also manage the entire project.
Working with our project managers takes the stress and expense out of organising trades yourself. We work with some of Queensland’s best tradespeople, so we can make the installation process seamless.
Absolutely! We design kitchens to suit every style. If your home has an existing aesthetic, we can work with you to carry that through to your new kitchen.
The simplest way to make your kitchen design match your home is to pay attention to details. We can source the same paint colours, tiles, flooring and other finishes used throughout your home.
Your appliances and the layout of your kitchen are the two biggest factors in the design process.
Kitchens are designed to give you easy access to the major appliances and fittings – the fridge, stove, oven and sink. This means we need to know which appliances you want to use early on.
Appliances also come in multiple standard sizes. We need to know how big your appliances are so we can make room for them in the design. For example, standard cabinets are 60cm wide, so we’ll need to know in advance if you want to install 90cm appliances.
