Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. The whole team was extremely professional and friendly, from the builders responsible for our extension, to admin and showroom staff with their advice and knowledge to answer my questions and changes, removalists, cabinetry tradesmen, plumbers and plasterer, all going above and beyond to provide a top quality kitchen. I used my own electrician and had no issues with communication with details of when he was required. I would definitely recommend the team from Rod's.

5 star price. 2 star workmanship. Threw the old kitchen from the top of the stairs to my newly laid turf. Took the bulk away and left the rest for my daughter to clean up. Instead of using hole saws, dodgey holes cut with some other tool. After pre-wire was done they pulled out a wire and then just poked it back through the hole and had to be chased through the wall again. Cabinets installed so high we can barely reach the top shelf (I’m 5’11). 2 dead corner cabinets installed without corner doors. First Roland rang me and lead me to believe the cabinets would be rectified but then some lady who up to this point wasn’t involved called me with the ‘you signed to those terms’ line and nothing will be fixed. Made me supply all models of appliances up front yet gaps left around them. In general the kitchen isn’t too bad but for $26000 I expected a much higher standard of workmanship than this. Much too expensive for the quality of workmanship provided.

We absolutely love the end result from Rods kitchens. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and found their response to any issue was immediately responded to and addressed appropriately. Being able to go to the showroom to choose fittings and talk with the staff was a real bonus and they were open to working with me the client rather than just providing a generic option.

We recently had a new kitchen installed by Rod's Kitchens. From the start, meeting the sales room staff we felt at ease. There was no pressure at all. I had already planned what I wanted, Rod's brought it to life, including a few tweaks. We found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The tradesmen were all excellent, we are really happy with them too. There was a few tiny hiccups, but Rod's fixed them quickly. I absolutely love my kitchen, and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rod's Kitchens.

From beginning to finish the staff where amazing, all the tradesmen that came where so pleasant,and cleaned up after themselves. We absolutely love our New kitchen. Would have no trouble recommending Rob's Kitchens to anyone. Thanks everyone for a good experience.

We are very impressed with the process/planning/management by Rods Kitchens. After a really uncomfortable meeting with another company trying to pressure you in signing same day to get discount which was still $20,000 more than Rods Kitchens. Our new kitchen has wowed our friends and family too. Staff very helpful and contractors always arrived on time. Will use them without doubt again.Yvonne Zipf
