The Rod’s Kitchens team is just that; a team. Everybody from the cleaner to Rod himself is equally important. Rod’s morals and values that formed the foundations of the business have been instilled into every team member. Each and every staff member is focused on looking after the client above all else.
You get exactly what you see: no airs or graces, just honesty and integrity. His skills are honed over many, many years of learning across a vast range of kitchen projects. Experience is the ultimate teacher. Rods primary role in the business is to keep training and developing his staff, as well as himself, to continue improving the Rod’s Kitchens company for our customer base.
Toni has been with Rod almost from day one and is responsible for supporting the whole team when Rod is not there. Being Rods sister, Toni has a strong sense of ownership over her work and is entirely engrained within the business. Toni oversees all key office personal and systems and is responsible for the smooth running of Rods Kitchens’operations.
Tyler did his apprentice with his dad Rod and showed a flair for designing kitchens and solving problems. This has made Tyler a very successful designer for Rods Kitchens. Tyler’s clients have found him to be very friendly and have their interests at heart.
Robert was a tradesman at Rods Kitchens and like Tyler, loved designing kitchens. He has had many years’experience and is our top designer. The main thing Robert loves about his job is turning client’s ideas and dreams into reality.
In addition to Rod, Tony, Tyler and Robert, Rod’s Kitchens has a dedicated customer service team. This team is made up of Wendy, Aleisha, Sharon, Alicia Parsons and everyone in admin, all of whom have a passion for excellent service and ensuring our clients are happy and informed throughout the process.
