You’ll deal with one local team the whole way through. We’ll come to your home to design your new kitchen, build the cabinetry in our own factory, install it and organise the trades in between, so you’re not left juggling a builder, a cabinet maker and a benchtop supplier.
Rod started out in a shared workshop in Underwood in 1979, and since 2008 we’ve built every kitchen in our own factory in Meadowbrook, in the same building as our showroom. For Redlands homeowners that means your kitchen is made locally, by the people who’ll install it.

Book a free consultation and your designer will come to your Redlands home, measure up and listen to what you want. You’ll get a free design and quote.
A 10% deposit secures your renovation. You then choose colours, door finishes, benchtops and appliances with your designer and our showroom team.
We measure again in detail so your cabinetry and benchtops fit properly, and make any final tweaks with you.
Your cabinetry is made in our Meadowbrook factory and checked against our quality checklist before our installers fit it.

No. Your designer can come to your home for the first consultation, and you can visit the showroom later to see finishes and benchtops in person. Many people find it helps to do both.

Yes. Rod’s Kitchens is licensed with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, licence no. 15309499, and carries public liability insurance.
Cabinets (carcass) are covered for 10 years against defects in materials and workmanship, and doors, panels and drawer fronts for 7 years. Benchtops, hardware, sinks, taps and appliances carry their manufacturers’ warranties, and we can help you claim. Details on our warranty and service page.
