We have had 2 kitchens installed and both experiences have been excellent. But you do need to prepare yourself to make many decisions about a kitchen. Handles, height of cupboards, all sizes of drawers, colours, material of cupboards, kickboard heights, drawer rail types, bench top, and more and more, including dates, times, preparation of empty room and of course price. Rod's Kitchens helped us with all these decisions through their designer, showroom staff, install manager and the installer on the day. All very efficient and professional.

My kitchen was completed several weeks ago and I love it more each day. The workmanship is beautiful and the design is perfect for my needs. My experience with Rod's Kitchen has been wonderful from the very beginning. The staff were easy to deal with and so helpful. The options available were endless and reasonably priced. My kitchen came in at my budget and I am delighted. I can't speak highly enough of this company.Thankyou so much.

Rod gave us some great ideas for the initial design and went out of his way to guide us on what was our first kitchen remodeling. Scott, the measure-up draftsman, was very meticulous and we were impressed with his attention to detail. The only issue really was the back and forth we had with Rod on getting a curved island bench top - so we ended up going elsewhere for the bench tops and are completely happy with the combined result.

Excellent service and workmanship on our kitchen and wardrobes we couldn't be happier all the people at rods bend over backwards to ensure you are pleased with the end product. Would highly recommend them to all. Also their are no high pressure salespeople only highly trained cabinet makers to discuss and help you with the layout of your kitchen .

I used Rods Kitchens - found them to be very very good throughout the entire process and couldn't have been happier with the end result. However - I picked the most expensive coating for the cupboards and drawers on the assurance that it would save me money in the long term as it was the most durable and lasted forever etc. 10 years on the coating is now just coming of the timber. So I rang Rods - the person I spoke to told me it was an issue with the glue - nothing could be done. I would have to dismantle the effected areas myself and take down to thier location - then be charged for the areas to be recoated. Have a very big feeling I was mislead originally. Our builder stood behind Rods and he too now is embarrassed at what has happened. Very dissappointing.

To One and All at Rod’s KitchensWe recently totally renovated our townhouse and a new kitchen was a major part of the renovation.After two not so pleasant experiences a good friend recommended Rod’s Kitchens.This turned out to be the best phone call we made during the whole 3months of renovations.Our experience started with a visit from Robert. Robert arrived on time and used his experience as a cabinet maker and designer to create a great plan for out new kitchen and offered advice on how to remove a large unsightly builders pantry. Robert is not a slick salesman like so many other kitchen people just an honest person and we were both immediately at ease with his pleasant mannerNext was our visit to the showroom where we met the three lovely showroom ladies, Selina, Alicia and Aleisha,who also put us both totally at ease and we felt like we had known them for years. The selection of componentry, colours, etc. was an easy process aided by the vast knowledge of all things kitchen by the wonderful “Girls” in the showroom.Next on the list was the “Check Measure” and Ernie, who also arrived on time, spent about 2 hours meticulously checking every detail and suggested a few minor changes that really enhanced the look of our new kitchen. Ernie was quite a character and we really enjoyed his company.Joe, plumber and electrician all arrived, and again no time, and removed our old kitchen. Joe also delivered our new kitchen some weeks later and he unloaded al the parts like they were cartons of fragile eggs. A very caring person and so proud of what he does with Rod’s KitchensAt Roberts recommendation we employed Steve West (Builder) to remove the unsightly old “Builders Pantry” and redesign the the bulk head. A few weeks later Joe delivered the kitchen and big tall Mick arrived to complete the install, along with the electrician and plumber. Everyone arrived on time to complete their part of the install. Mick is one of the most meticulous trades people we have ever met, his attention to detail was amazing and it shows in the finished product, a great kitchen. our lovely tiler arrived a few days later to install the splash backs. Rene was in his late seventies and had been a master tiler most of his life and still enjoyed small jobs like our kitchen splash backs. His work and attention to detail is lengendary.If there was one stand out part of our experience with Rods Kitchens it would be the fact that there were numerous emails and phone calls informing us of each step and process, even informing us of the plumber, electrician and tilers details. We spoke to many different people at Rods Kitchens over the 4 or 5 weeks and without exception all were polite, enthusiastic and proud to work with Rods Kitchens. The fact that many of these people have worked for Rod for 20, 25 and even 30 years is a testament to the wonderful culture his company encourages.Once again many thanks to everyone at Rods Kitchens for our wonderful new kitchen and also the special gift basket of goodies that arrived by courier after our kitchen was completed.We wish you all many more years of successKindest RegardsRod and Cathy Griffiths

If you like your handles not put on inline and left to sort out sub trade issues with not contact from Rod’s this is for you. I went for Rods to on the assumption it would be less stressful however after the bench top turn up cut incorrectly (quickly acknowledged by stonemason) it was up to us to sort and reschedule plumbers and electrician, and be stuck for another week without a kitchen. After all the hassle the panty you see as you walk into kitchen has the handle fitted 20mm out from being inline.

I have an awesome new kitchen thanks to Rod's Kitchens! It was an excellent experience from start to finish. All the trades were great - turned up when they were scheduled, worked professionally and cleaned up when they were finished. The finished product has a real wow factor. To Rod and his wonderful Team @ Rod's Kitchen.We had our kitchen renovated with Rod's Kitchen in November 2018. We were impressed with the whole team - the lovely ladies in the showrooms, the check measurer, the installation team who came and installed our wonderful kitchen (Including all the Tradies, Plumbers and Electricians) and the accounts team.Also a shout out to Rod (owner) who I had the pleasure of first meeting 28 years ago when he installed our first kitchen. We appreciated his time in giving me honest feedback for our new kitchen when he came to quote this time around.We found the whole team to be very helpful, friendly and very professional. I didn't realise good old fashioned customer service is still around. Well it is at Rods Kitchens. From the moment we floated the idea of an ourdoor kitchen the team were so enthusiastic to get involved with the project.I'm a self confessed perfectionist so Rods Kitchen attention to detail really appealed to me.They sources the best products and provided samples for us to help make our choices. I didn't realise how much detail goes into making a kitchen and the team ensured that they covered all the bases before manufacture.On the day of installation the guys were so happy and friendly they made me feel they were enjoying installing our outdoor kitchen.Well last night I cooked my first meal in the new kitchen and it was amazing to have everything at my finger tips with their excellant design.This is a family business so a big thank you to Rod, Corey and Tyler and the rest of the Rods Kitchen crew for a 10 out of 10 experience.I have included a before and after photo.

The Rods Kitchen Team are exceptional. Cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Rods Kitchens. Great value and awesome service. From the first visit to quote, to the showroom ladies, to the last tradie, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful with great advice and exceptional customer service. We replaced our 29 year old relic with a clean sparkly new kitchen. Every time I go into my kitchen I just want to clap my hands in excitement. We will enjoy this kitchen for many years ahead. We built our house nearly 2 years ago, on the day the building was to commence the cabinet maker my builder has used for 30 years pulled the pin and said he could not do the job, we had spent many days with the cabinet maker designing and selecting colours and materials for all 3 bathrooms, laundry and large kitchen, it was a big job. We were thrown into a panic! a plumbing friend of mine recommended Rod's kitchens.I phoned Rod and although he had plenty of work on he saw we were desperate and kindly assured us he would slot us in on time so as not to hold up the building progress. Rod and his team were fantastic, everything they promised they delivered-with very short notice.The job was done on time and we were very happy with the entire process, quality and exceptional service.Last week, two years later we had a small issue with the kitchen sink dropping (the stone mason fitted this) I phoned Rod's kitchen's expecting them to say this is 2 years later and not care. Just the opposite! Rod's girls had someone out straight away and fixed the issue without question.We can highly recommend this Company to anyone. Rod and his team genuinely care.Paul & Karen Hill

I found Rod's Kitchens through Radio commercials and rang them for 1 of 2 quotes. Robert who came out to the house listened to what I was saying and was able to understand. He stood at the bench and drew the kitchen I had in my head. I was so impressed with his understanding that Rod's Kitchens were going to get the job. After the initial drawing experience through to the 3D pictures sent to my email, then the planning when the kitchen would be installed, the installation and the stone bench tops being templated and installed I was consulted for each step. I would recommend Rod's Kitchens to all as I have never been happier. This is my 3rd kitchen and the only one I am really happy with. Do yourself a favour and go to them and only them

I first heard a Rod's Kitchen ad on the radio and when it was time to act I contacted them and it was such an easy process from start to finish. A quick response to my email, then Richard was there helping me with the design, and the resulting quote was very reasonable. A quick visit to the showroom so the lovely Alicia could guide me through the design and colour choices was fairly pain free (who knew there were so many questions to be answered?). A great deal was offered on the appliances I needed. Then the fitout was quick and fairly fuss free plus the plumber, electrician, plasterer were all very professional. All in all it turned out very well and my new kitchen is lovely. Thanks. Lisa

My widowed sister-in-law in Brisbane was needing a new kitchen and asked me to help organize from New Zealand as I am a retired builder. After reading reviews on line Rod's Kitchen stood out as the best. I then made contact with them.While the designer was at Luda's house I spoke to him on phone from New Zealand and he came up with some great ideas. I came over to Brisbane for the installation and all the tradies involved including office staff we amazing and the kitchen was first class. No complaints. Thank you so much Rod's Kitchen you have made one 74year old lady very very happy. Have already recommended.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I can not praise Rod's Kitchens enough. Seriously, the organisation, customer service and quality of work is beyond anything we expected. Price was great too. Every person we dealt with went above & beyond & are obviously very proud of their reputation and to be associated with this company. Rod's was recommended to me from a colleague, thank goodness we went with it. The girls in the showroom were amazing & so far above patient! The small hiccups were ironed out quickly & efficiently with no drama whatsoever. Rod's attitude is we want you to be 100% happy with your new kitchen and we absolutely are. Thanks guys, looks fantastic, in fact we are 200% happy!

After taking a look at the reviews and letters of appreciation at Rod's showroom I could see no reason to look elsewhere for my new kitchen. It was a very pleasant experience to work with all the staff and the design, construction and installation was perfect. To say I am very pleased with the results is obviously understated. I have had a 20 year association with Rods Kitchens as their Electrician.Rods Kitchens are very well organised, the kitchen installers ,plumbers, electricians, tilers, plasterer, builders and stone masons all work in perfectly with each other so the work proceeds seamlessly.In my experience ( 20 years) in the rare event of a problem, it is solved quickly.Old kitchen is removed and the new kitchen installed same day.The Sales reps are both qualified tradesman and as such provide sound advice and no hard sell tactics.Rods Kitchens have systems in place that work.I have no hesitation in recommending Rods Kitchens .

Just a little note to say thankyou so very much to all of the staff at Rods Kitchen. From our design stage with Tim to the tiler work who finish the job we could not be any more happy with the end result. All trades were amazing in particular our plaster Chris, tiler Scott & his boys, the stonemason who went the extra mile for us to perform additional work that was needed. Our electrician who was so helpful when explaining his work when finished & asked me if I had any questions. We feel so blessed to have a kitchen as beautiful as ours.
