Good old fashion service and workmanship to the highest degree . We had our kitchen installed 10 years ago by Rod's Kitchen's and couldn't be happier. We had a pre 10 year warranty check performed recently. Rod's staff came out to go over the kitchen within days of phoning them. Nothing was too much effort. Thanks so much to Rod and the team. You are a team of true professionals.

We engaged Rods Kitchens to renovate an aging kitchen based on recommendations from a couple of friends, and we are extremely pleased with the process and result. Their highly experienced office staff took us through a structured design and materials selection process, while their tradesmen explained practical implications of design decisions and helped us work towards the final design and finish. Communication throughout was excellent and the work was completed to a high standard. The tradies they partner with were also excellent. We would recommend Rods Kitchens to our friends.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. We visited quite a number of kitchen manufacturers, but from the outset, Rod's Kitchens stood out. The sales process helped us to feel confident that we were dealing with a skilled, knowledgeable company who would deliver the kitchen WE wanted, without high pressure sales techniques. We felt that Rod's would support us capably with the many decisions to be made along the way and with minimal disruption to our lives. This proved to be the case, with the install process occurring very promptly and smoothly, with excellent tradesmanship and capable trades coordination overseen by Rod's. Even the few small glitches that you would expect to arise with a project of this size were ironed out promptly and professionally. We would not hesitate to recommend Rod's Kitchens to any of our friends.

We have had 2 kitchens installed and both experiences have been excellent. But you do need to prepare yourself to make many decisions about a kitchen. Handles, height of cupboards, all sizes of drawers, colours, material of cupboards, kickboard heights, drawer rail types, bench top, and more and more, including dates, times, preparation of empty room and of course price. Rod's Kitchens helped us with all these decisions through their designer, showroom staff, install manager and the installer on the day. All very efficient and professional.

My kitchen was completed several weeks ago and I love it more each day. The workmanship is beautiful and the design is perfect for my needs. My experience with Rod's Kitchen has been wonderful from the very beginning. The staff were easy to deal with and so helpful. The options available were endless and reasonably priced. Rod gave us some great ideas for the initial design and went out of his way to guide us on what was our first kitchen remodeling. Scott, the measure-up draftsman, was very meticulous and we were impressed with his attention to detail. The only issue really was the back and forth we had with Rod on getting a curved island bench top - so we ended up going elsewhere for the bench tops and are completely happy with the combined result.

Excellent service and workmanship on our kitchen and wardrobes we couldn't be happier all the people at rods bend over backwards to ensure you are pleased with the end product. Would highly recommend them to all. Also their are no high pressure salespeople only highly trained cabinet makers to discuss and help you with the layout of your kitchen .

I used Rods Kitchens - found them to be very very good throughout the entire process and couldn't have been happier with the end result. However - I picked the most expensive coating for the cupboards and drawers on the assurance that it would save me money in the long term as it was the most durable and lasted forever etc. 10 years on the coating is now just coming of the timber. So I rang Rods - the person I spoke to told me it was an issue with the glue - nothing could be done. I would have to dismantle the effected areas myself and take down to thier location - then be charged for the areas to be recoated. Have a very big feeling I was mislead originally. Our builder stood behind Rods and he too now is embarrassed at what has happened. Very dissappointing.

To One and All at Rod’s KitchensWe recently totally renovated our townhouse and a new kitchen was a major part of the renovation.After two not so pleasant experiences a good friend recommended Rod’s Kitchens.This turned out to be the best phone call we made during the whole 3months of renovations.Our experience started with a visit from Robert. Robert arrived on time and used his experience as a cabinet maker and designer to create a great plan for out new kitchen and offered advice on how to remove a large unsightly builders pantry. Robert is not a slick salesman like so many other kitchen people just an honest person and we were both immediately at ease with his pleasant mannerNext was our visit to the showroom where we met the three lovely showroom ladies, Selina, Alicia and Aleisha,who also put us both totally at ease and we felt like we had known them for years. The selection of componentry, colours, etc. was an easy process aided by the vast knowledge of all things kitchen by the wonderful “Girls” in the showroom.Next on the list was the “Check Measure” and Ernie, who also arrived on time, spent about 2 hours meticulously checking every detail and suggested a few minor changes that really enhanced the look of our new kitchen. Ernie was quite a character and we really enjoyed his company.Joe, plumber and electrician all arrived, and again no time, and removed our old kitchen. Joe also delivered our new kitchen some weeks later and he unloaded al the parts like they were cartons of fragile eggs. A very caring person and so proud of what he does with Rod’s KitchensAt Roberts recommendation we employed Steve West (Builder) to remove the unsightly old “Builders Pantry” and redesign the the bulk head. A few weeks later Joe delivered the kitchen and big tall Mick arrived to complete the install, along with the electrician and plumber. Everyone arrived on time to complete their part of the install. Mick is one of the most meticulous trades people we have ever met, his attention to detail was amazing and it shows in the finished product, a great kitchen. our lovely tiler arrived a few days later to install the splash backs. Rene was in his late seventies and had been a master tiler most of his life and still enjoyed small jobs like our kitchen splash backs. His work and attention to detail is lengendary.If there was one stand out part of our experience with Rods Kitchens it would be the fact that there were numerous emails and phone calls informing us of each step and process, even informing us of the plumber, electrician and tilers details. We spoke to many different people at Rods Kitchens over the 4 or 5 weeks and without exception all were polite, enthusiastic and proud to work with Rods Kitchens. The fact that many of these people have worked for Rod for 20, 25 and even 30 years is a testament to the wonderful culture his company encourages.Once again many thanks to everyone at Rods Kitchens for our wonderful new kitchen and also the special gift basket of goodies that arrived by courier after our kitchen was completed.We wish you all many more years of successKindest RegardsRod and Cathy Griffiths

If you like your handles not put on inline and left to sort out sub trade issues with not contact from Rod’s this is for you. I went for Rods to on the assumption it would be less stressful however after the bench top turn up cut incorrectly (quickly acknowledged by stonemason) it was up to us to sort and reschedule plumbers and electrician, and be stuck for another week without a kitchen. After all the hassle the panty you see as you walk into kitchen has the handle fitted 20mm out from being inline.

All the trades were great - turned up when they were scheduled, worked professionally and cleaned up when they were finished. The finished product has a real wow factor. We were impressed with the whole team - the lovely ladies in the showrooms, the check measurer, the installation team who came and installed our wonderful kitchen (Including all the Tradies, Plumbers and Electricians) and the accounts team.Also a shout out to Rod (owner) who I had the pleasure of first meeting 28 years ago when he installed our first kitchen. We appreciated his time in giving me honest feedback for our new kitchen when he came to quote this time around.We found the whole team to be very helpful, friendly and very professional. I didn't realise good old fashioned customer service is still around. Well it is at Rods Kitchens. From the moment we floated the idea of an ourdoor kitchen the team were so enthusiastic to get involved with the project.I'm a self confessed perfectionist so Rods Kitchen attention to detail really appealed to me.They sources the best products and provided samples for us to help make our choices. I didn't realise how much detail goes into making a kitchen and the team ensured that they covered all the bases before manufacture.On the day of installation the guys were so happy and friendly they made me feel they were enjoying installing our outdoor kitchen.Well last night I cooked my first meal in the new kitchen and it was amazing to have everything at my finger tips with their excellant design.This is a family business so a big thank you to Rod, Corey and Tyler and the rest of the Rods Kitchen crew for a 10 out of 10 experience.I have included a before and after photo.

We built our house nearly 2 years ago, on the day the building was to commence the cabinet maker my builder has used for 30 years pulled the pin and said he could not do the job, we had spent many days with the cabinet maker designing and selecting colours and materials for all 3 bathrooms, laundry and large kitchen, it was a big job. We were thrown into a panic! a plumbing friend of mine recommended Rod's kitchens.I phoned Rod and although he had plenty of work on he saw we were desperate and kindly assured us he would slot us in on time so as not to hold up the building progress. Rod and his team were fantastic, everything they promised they delivered-with very short notice.The job was done on time and we were very happy with the entire process, quality and exceptional service.Last week, two years later we had a small issue with the kitchen sink dropping (the stone mason fitted this) I phoned Rod's kitchen's expecting them to say this is 2 years later and not care. Just the opposite! Rod's girls had someone out straight away and fixed the issue without question.We can highly recommend this Company to anyone. Rod and his team genuinely care.Paul & Karen Hill

I found Rod's Kitchens through Radio commercials and rang them for 1 of 2 quotes. Robert who came out to the house listened to what I was saying and was able to understand. He stood at the bench and drew the kitchen I had in my head. I was so impressed with his understanding that Rod's Kitchens were going to get the job. After the initial drawing experience through to the 3D pictures sent to my email, then the planning when the kitchen would be installed, the installation and the stone bench tops being templated and installed I was consulted for each step. I would recommend Rod's Kitchens to all as I have never been happier. This is my 3rd kitchen and the only one I am really happy with. Do yourself a favour and go to them and only them

I first heard a Rod's Kitchen ad on the radio and when it was time to act I contacted them and it was such an easy process from start to finish. A quick response to my email, then Richard was there helping me with the design, and the resulting quote was very reasonable. A quick visit to the showroom so the lovely Alicia could guide me through the design and colour choices was fairly pain free (who knew there were so many questions to be answered?). A great deal was offered on the appliances I needed. Then the fitout was quick and fairly fuss free plus the plumber, electrician, plasterer were all very professional. My widowed sister-in-law in Brisbane was needing a new kitchen and asked me to help organize from New Zealand as I am a retired builder. After reading reviews on line Rod's Kitchen stood out as the best. I then made contact with them.While the designer was at Luda's house I spoke to him on phone from New Zealand and he came up with some great ideas. I came over to Brisbane for the installation and all the tradies involved including office staff we amazing and the kitchen was first class. No complaints. Thank you so much Rod's Kitchen you have made one 74year old lady very very happy. Have already recommended.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I can not praise Rod's Kitchens enough. Seriously, the organisation, customer service and quality of work is beyond anything we expected. Price was great too. Every person we dealt with went above & beyond & are obviously very proud of their reputation and to be associated with this company. Rod's was recommended to me from a colleague, thank goodness we went with it. The girls in the showroom were amazing & so far above patient! The small hiccups were ironed out quickly & efficiently with no drama whatsoever. Rod's attitude is we want you to be 100% happy with your new kitchen and we absolutely are. Thanks guys, looks fantastic, in fact we are 200% happy!

After taking a look at the reviews and letters of appreciation at Rod's showroom I could see no reason to look elsewhere for my new kitchen. It was a very pleasant experience to work with all the staff and the design, construction and installation was perfect. To say I am very pleased with the results is obviously understated. I have had a 20 year association with Rods Kitchens as their Electrician.Rods Kitchens are very well organised, the kitchen installers ,plumbers, electricians, tilers, plasterer, builders and stone masons all work in perfectly with each other so the work proceeds seamlessly.In my experience ( 20 years) in the rare event of a problem, it is solved quickly.Old kitchen is removed and the new kitchen installed same day.The Sales reps are both qualified tradesman and as such provide sound advice and no hard sell tactics.Rods Kitchens have systems in place that work.I have no hesitation in recommending Rods Kitchens .

Just a little note to say thankyou so very much to all of the staff at Rods Kitchen. From our design stage with Tim to the tiler work who finish the job we could not be any more happy with the end result. All trades were amazing in particular our plaster Chris, tiler Scott & his boys, the stonemason who went the extra mile for us to perform additional work that was needed. Our electrician who was so helpful when explaining his work when finished & asked me if I had any questions. We feel so blessed to have a kitchen as beautiful as ours. We are pleased to recommend Rod's Kitchens without reservation. Ours was a big project, involving many different tradesmen. Rod's co-ordination was spot on, tradesmen arrived on time and were professional. Their attention to the small details meant that each part of the job could progress seamlessly. They took the trouble to colour match the new kitchen to our precious 15 yr old rose lead-lighted kitchen doors, and the result is spectacular. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the result.

My experience with Rod's Kitchens was fantastic, from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Had the plans drawn, and I made a couple of changes along the way...no problem. Everyone was in touch when the said they would be.On install day everyone arrived at 7am and by the end of the day I had a beautiful new kitchen. Other things like plastering, and tiling was completed over the next few days.All the tradies were great, on time and professional. No dramas or stress whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend Rod's Kitchen 100%.

We love our new kitchen and are so very glad that we chose Rod's Kitchens.Everyone we dealt with knew what they were talking about and were very helpful - the staff in the show room, Robert who did the quote, Ernie who did the measurements, the guys that did the removal and installation and the contract tradies.Everything was done when we were told it would be done and was done the way we were told it would be done.If we ever have to put in another new kitchen we will definitely go back to Rod's Kitchens.

I can not fault Rod's Kitchens. It is very rare that a company will work within my crazy timetable. I had a designer come to my home at 8pm (after my work day), and all of the tradespeople called the night before they were due and arrived 10 minutes EARLY! So reliable, so friendly, and A1 quality work. The kitchen was completed quickly and all of the tradespeople coordinated seamlessly. The result is even better than I imagined. I was fully involved in the process; everything was explained in layman's terms; all costs were presented upfront. Thank you. I have already recommended this company to friends... and am now saving up for a bathroom project.

We've finished our research short-listing 5 kitchen building businesses based on user feedback. While Rod's kitchens were already highly rated we were giving a fair go to all 5 businesses. Our great experience began after Rod's Kitchens were first to respond not only with estimated cost but also with an estimated design which was added bonus. Forward on numerous meetings, design iterations, colour changes and so on everything was going smooth and we decided to commit to Rod's Kitchen Business to make and install our kitchen. We thought everyth ing was already going great, when they topped it up with something unexpectedly nice and convenient. They enquired where we were getting our appliances from and offer to match or beat prices if we will get exactly the same gear through them. To our surprise they did. What it meant to us - one stop shop. No need to deal with multiple places about delivery warranty etc. Then our situation changed and we could not wait for the couple of months for them to make and install our kitchen, so we asked if they could do it within 4 weeks. Unbelievable!!! They showed their commitment even in situation where fair play is very important (which we understood and would not hold it against them if they could not help). Long story short. It was installed within 4 weeks. If someone would ask us how you describe definition of perfection I'd probably refer to the old kitchen demolition and new kitchen install. Everything was done with military precision and highest quality. Well, very rare complex job would go without a hiccup. Our oven arrived DOA (not so-straight). Amazing! Pro-actively, Rod's kitchen organised everything with the supplier and another new oven was installed in within a week. We did not do a thing. Only one thing was not done on the day is tiling, that was explained and there is a good reason for that. Anyway, while we were getting ourselves organised with tiles unexpectedly we had a proactive call from Rod's Kitchens contracted tiler. The tiler was most polite, professional and patient about what he does person we ever imagined. He walked us throughout the process with ease and did a fantastic job.Long story short, big thank you Rod's Kitchens team - most professional and dedicated people we ever experienced.

I've recently had my kitchen renovated by Rod's Kitchens. The service was excellent, everyone I had spoken to were very helpful & friendly, I was part of all the decision making processes about the design of my new kitchen . The tradies were all very respectful & efficient in their jobs. Everyone that came, arrived when they said they would. We recently had a new kitchen installed by Rods Kitchens. What I can say is the new kitchen is fantastic, it looks great and the kitchen is of a very high quality construction. The experience with Rods was great as well, the show room staff, and sales staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and offer great advise. This is our second kitchen renovation with Rod's, our first being over 25 years ago. They provided a professional, reliable and expert service then and they continue to do so today. We recommended friends to use Rod's and they were just as impressed as we were. Our very first meeting with Ernie set the tone for what was to follow. He addressed our concerns, gave invaluable advice, provided us with costings that remained true to the end and ensured that what we actually wanted to do was doable. The tradies were organised and showed up when they said they would. It all worked like a well oiled machine. We would particularly like to thank Mick our installer, Brett our plumber, Chris our plasterer, Rod our electrician and Scott our tiler and of course their offsiders. All these men showed up on time, were extremely courteous (even taking their shoes off before entering the house!) and all cleaned up after the completion of their job. Our kitchen looks better than I expected and was completed on time even though we had an unexpected problem. Problem was quickly solved and kitchen completed on time. You can't ask for more than that. I have recommended Rod's Kitchens and will continue to do so. If I had to sum it up in one word 'professional' - from start to finish!

We recently purchased our new kitchen from Rods. The amazing customer service was evident from the first meeting with the designer. Then things just got better. Every step of the way was a delight, every tradie from the amazing installer to the sparkies and plumbers couldn't be more professional and more helpful. I am a Great Grandmother, and am so pleased that I was courageous enough to take-on having a new kitchen installed, as I spend so much time there. Every person at Rod's played a part, and all were helpful and professional (I think I counted 11 in total). I enjoyed all my little "chats" with the Tradesmen, and folk on the phone, feeling free to ask their advice and lots of questions. I am very impressed with the staff at Rod's Kitchens. Right from the initial consultation it was clear I was dealing with professional and well organised staff. The installation went really well with the boys completing it within the day. Fantastic. The follow up service between Rod's employees and the stone subcontractors was excellent. It came in at a very cost effective price and I'm very happy to be able to recommend this local business. We will continue to use their services for our other sites.

Easily the best experience I have had with an Australian business. Just check the factory out and you will get an appreciation of what Rod's Kitchens are all about. Clean, organised, comfortable and friendly. From start to finish the tradies are prompt, curtious well spoken and easy to deal with.The final product is supurb and the result of a well organised collabrative effort by a first class aussie business.Just received my 10 year warranty in the mail. All the tradesmen were extremely professional and were always punctual, never late. They made me feel comfortable in my home while they were here and they weren't afraid to have a conversation with me. I would also like to thank Robert Kniff who not only sold me a kitchen, but also gave me some amazing ideas that I ended up taking on board. I had been looking for months for a company to do my kitchen. Either got an enormous quote or they didn't answer my request.Rod's kitchens came out a couple days after my call, we discussed what I wanted, Robert gave me his suggestions and we discussed those also. After measuring up the kitchen, incorporating all ideas, Robert gave me computer cad drawings of my finished kitchen. With a few tweaks, I gave the go ahead and only a matter of a several weeks later, my new kitchen was installed. Spectacular job done by all involved. Everything fitted like a glove.I did ask for a small modification to 1 panel and, after discussion as to what I wanted, they did the change in only a few days. In the end, I am 101% happy with my new kitchen and can not thank Rod's Kitchens enough for making it happen. I can now entertain with pride.

Received a call same day as I emailed. Arranged visit for following week. Final measurements done a few days later & installation only 2 weeks after. All done, except tiling, in one morning. Unbelievable. Old kitchen taken away & contractors cleaned up too. Tiler will be here on Friday. Would recommend to everyone. No hard sell, they listen to what you want & make great suggestions, not more expensive ones. Thanks Rod's.

Reliable. Trustworthy. Reputable. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Helfpul. Quality. These are all words to describe why I trusted the team at Rod's Kitchens to renovate my kitchen. I trusted them 24years ago to build the kitchen and it was time for a 'face-lift'. The same person who installed it then was the person who arrived to measure up this time. This shows the level of loyalty that Rod also brings to his business. His prices are reasonable and the other tradesmen he recommends to finish the job ie plasterer, plumber etc are all first rate, reliable and reasonable too. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Rod's Kitchens - if I'm around long enough to put another kitchen in - you have the job!!

Very organised and flexible on which tiler and products I used. They designed the corner cabinets so that 2 doors open out, one the hinged door and one being the opposing door. When I looked at cheaper types, the corner cupboard was only ever 1 x 1M with only the hinged door. They made my drawers as big as possible and set the stove and sink in sensible places. Friends have said that our kitchen is 'yuppy, slick, perfect, beautiful' and much more. It is not an overly expensive kitchen, but the finish is beautiful. Most of all I just loved the sense that all would go well and that it was in the hands of the professionals. I could book the vinyl floor laying around the kitchen. The vinyl layer said most kitchens aren't done when they say and are a real rigmarole but Rod's was done as planned, if not earlier, right from the start. 8 working days all up with stone bench. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Also, the Chef EOC627W oven they supplied cooks biscuits evenly and is huge inside.

The kitchen was done under one day. The job was fantastic! we couldn't be more satisfied! They were recommended by my friend and my friend's mum, and we are glad we had them. Best renovation guys ever! I would definitely recommend them to any people.Loving it!

How to get out of a bind just before Xmas??- call Rod's Kitchens. We employed a kitchen co in Toowoomba to install all cabinetry to 2 kitchens, 2 laundries, 4 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. I had all my colour schemes on hand etc. Anyway the local mob were rude, didn't return calls, missed or cancelled appointments when I had travelled 2 hours to meet them. It couldn't go on. I remembered Rods Kitchens from radio advertising and though initially they weren't sure of completing the job on time, Rod himself pulled out all stops to have everything installed and finished slightly ahead of schedule. I had to fix a couple of minor problems but got a box of choccies for my imput. DON'T HESITATE JUST CALL THEM. Many thanks to Rod and staff.

On time, within budget and the the highest possible standards is all I request from any tradesman who comes to my door and, I'd have to say, few have risen to the occassion. Happily though, Rod's Kitchen's did meet this criteria; I'd highly recommend them. Prompt, thorough, friendly, well organised and professional. There are a lot of Cowboys about (ask me about a $14,000 quote I got to dig a hole for my pool which cost me $40,000 then another $60,000 to get it finsihed after all the damage that was done) but, I can assure you, Rod's is not one of them. Top job. Well done to the team.

I would definitely recommend Rod's kitchens. I received a quote from Robert the same day with no harassment to sign up. (I am still waiting on a quote from one company that I contacted!) Aleisha helped up with our colour matching which turned out great with our new tiles. Roger the cabinet maker was professional friendly and a good tradie. We had a difficult bay window which Ernie had measured up accurately and Roger fitted pretty near perfect. In fact I was impressed with all the trades that Rod's subcontracted. I did have a problem that I got my nose out of joint about but after a call from Kevin it was all sorted. I had a budget and Robert made a real effort to work with me on that. I have a budget kitchen but as my friends say, it doesn't look like a budget kitchen. I am really happy with the results. Thanks everyone at Rod's kitchens.

Our new kitchen is a delight. We cannot believe how much the workspace and storage has increased without significant change to the footprint of the original. We love the pantry cupboard; the sink drawer; the hide-away bin and the uncramped bench top spaces. We love the self-closing drawers and the fact that a piece of designing brilliance means the large fridge no longer dominates the room.Every member of the team from the showroom to designers and tradesmen came with patience, expertise and professionalism. Rod What a great kitchen you build for us. Having had many quotes from other kitchen builders we knew we had the right one after they gave us a quote on the very day they came a designed our new kitchen for us. The 3D lay out helped us to see how new kitchen would look. Rod’s kitchen was well within our budget and they were so helpful from the beginning to our kitchen being finished. The way the team worked together from the beginning to the end was exceptional. All trades had great communications between them and us, thanks for the great follow up afterwards.Very professional Company which showed how dedicated they were to give us the perfect kitchen built to the highest standard. Replacing a kitchen can be very traumatic. Especially if it takes a week, as it did in our case. However, the team of guys form Rod's made it all so very simple and as stress-free as possible. They were very professional, but also very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was installed with a minimum of fuss and on schedule. All through the process, Rod's enabled us to select the most appropriate kitchen design and fittings and kept us informed of the progress. They also were quite helpful when we had to change our installation dates due to changing circumstances. The kitchen quality and workmanship is very good. with only the in-built rubbish bins proving a bit problematic. But that was identified as a potential problem during the design process, so was not unexpected. All in all, we would have no problem recommending Rod's Kitchens to anyone and have already done so.

It was an enjoyable - no fuss experience. As a single person working full time, I was drawn to the promise of the old kitchen removed and new one installed same day! That all happened with precision on the day. All the contact people from design to showroom staff to tradespeople were professional and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and any potential issues were easily resolved. I have no hesitation in recommending Rod's (and have done so) to anyone wanting a good job at a reasonable price. Thanks so much to Rod and his great team.
